CBA Board decisions on financial stability
As a rule, the CBA Board discusses financial stability issues every quarter, though more frequent meetings are also possible, depending on circumstances. The meetings are usually devoted to Financial stability report, regular calibration of macroprudential policy tools and other issues, such as major changes in regulations that may be important from Financial stability perspective. The meetings on Financial stability report and on Macro-prudential policy decisions are usually followed by publication of the decision itself, as well as the report or related analytical materials.
During the last meeting on Financial stability issues, which was held on April 22 of this year, the Board decided to leave the rate of Countercyclical capital buffer unchanged at 1.75%. The next meeting on Countercyclical buffer rate decision is expected at 15 July.
