Ongoing Projects
The officially adopted strategy of the Central Bank signifies realizing Bank-wide projects.
To implement the strategic objectives of the Central Bank, a Project Committee has been established in the Central Bank of Armenia, which makes executive decisions regarding projects, including classifying projects according to priorities.
Project Management Steering Committee prioritizes six important flagship projects:
- Execution Excellence
- Payments
- E-society
- Developing a Framework for Forecasting and Policy Analysis System (FPAS) MARK II
- Developing a framework for risk-based supervision
- Dilijan Project
To implement the strategic mission, the Central Bank of Armenia has also initiated the realization of the following internal projects:
- Content and processes management system (IMS)
- Developing a data governance policy
Improving the condition of buildings and facilities of the Central Bank
