Grigori Baghdasaryan

Grigori Baghdasaryan was appointed Director of Corporate Services on August 22, 2023. He is a member of the Bank’s Executive Committee, serves on the Tenders Committee, and chairs the Disposal Committee.
Mr. Baghdasaryan joined the Bank in 2013 as an IT Auditor. In July 2016, he was promoted to Head of the IT Audit Department. Between August and December 2020, he served as Head of the Design Center, and later that year, in December, he was appointed Head of the Property Management Department.
Born in Yerevan, Mr. Baghdasaryan earned his bachelor's degree from the State Engineering University of Armenia in 2009. He went on to complete a master’s degree in Management at the Armenian State University of Economics in 2012. From 2021 to 2022, he pursued further executive education through the Graduate Executive Certificate in Management (GECM) program at the American University of Armenia.
He is an active member of the Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA – Armenia) and ISACA. He also holds two internationally recognized certifications: CISA (Certified Information Systems Auditor) and CRISC (Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control).
