The definition of foreign liabilities follows the methodology of the IMF's BPM6: gross foreign liabilities include foreign liabilities that are available and controlled by monetary authorities. |
| Scope and classifications: |
Data on official foreign liabilities are compiled based on the balance sheet of the Central Bank of Armenia. Foreign liabilities are calculated on an accrual basis. Gross foreign liabilities are broken down by major components: IMF loan, SDR allocation, other loans and liabilities. |
| Revision: |
Quarterly and annual data are preliminary and revised two and three months after first release, respectively. |
