On July 17, Deputy Governor of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia, Hovhannes Khachatryan, participated in the 28th meeting of the Advisory Council on Exchange rate policy of the central (national) banks of the member states of the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU), held in the Kyrgyz Republic.

During the meeting, participants discussed issues related to monetary policy in EAEU member states, modern approaches to banking system regulation and supervision, possible measures to ensure cybersecurity, and directions for cooperation.

The importance of collaboration between the central (national) banks was emphasized, and an agreement was reached to hold the next meeting in the Republic of Kazakhstan.
