Job responsibilities
- Analyze financial institutions’ reports and other relevant data
- Interpret developments in the financial system and in individual institutions
- Assess potential risks and future developments
- Develop proposals to improve financial regulatory policy and assess their impact
- Study international best practices, analytical and regulatory materials
- Present professional opinions and conclusions within the Central Bank and to partner institutions
Required qualifications
- Higher education in economics or finance
- Work experience in financial analysis or analysis of financial institutions (preferred)
- Knowledge of finance and financial analysis
- Knowledge of risk management
- Proficiency in modern data analysis tools
- Fluency in Armenian and English
- Knowledge of macroeconomics and microeconomics (preferred)
- Knowledge of monetary and banking statistics (preferred)
- Knowledge of econometrics (preferred)
Nice to Have:
- Possession of FRM and/or CFA qualifications
