Job responsibilities
o Ensure the implementation of the division's objectives, including:
- Identifying and validating the needs of stakeholders such as the client/product owner/other relevant parties
- Designing potential solutions
- Preparing the project justification document
- Clarifying the scope of the issue and the solutions in coordination with the product owner
- Developing functional descriptions of solutions based on available documentation and information
- Developing methodologies, internal regulations, and templates related to business analysis
o Coordinate the ongoing activities of the division:
- Assigning and reallocating functions
- Organizing and supervising the work of team members, ensuring continuity
- Facilitating collaboration within the team and with other departments
o Participate in discussions and meetings, representing the division’s position
o Plan the career development of subordinates and provide professional support, mentoring, and coaching
o Present reports, analyses, and research findings
Required qualifications
o Higher education
o At least 5 years of work experience, including: 3 years in the relevant field and 1 year in a managerial role
- Knowledge in the areas of:
- Business analysis
- Financial management
- Operational risk management
- Optimization
- Modeling
- Information technologies
- Data analysis
o Excellent knowledge of Armenian and English

- Strategic thinking
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Negotiation skills
- Ability to build interpersonal relationships and collaborate
- Ability to provide feedback and practice active listening
- Decision-making ability
