Job responsibilities
- Implement, configure, develop, and administer software and application systems (server/client side)
- Identify and analyze issues in databases, application, and software systems and propose solutions for their resolution
- Support testing activities for new versions of application systems
- Participate in the development of procedures for application/software systems and databases in line with business continuity plan requirements
- Handle requests related to the administration of application/software systems and databases, as well as user support
Required qualifications
- Higher technical education
- At least 1 year of experience in information technology or information security
- Knowledge of database management systems
- Knowledge of SQL, Transact-SQL, and PL/SQL
- Knowledge of application server systems
- Knowledge of Oracle and MS SQL Server systems
- Knowledge of local area networks
- General programming knowledge
- Experience working with Windows/Linux servers and workstations
- Experience with other Microsoft software products
- Experience with SAP software products
- Skills in using tools for developing scripts, triggers, and procedures
- Knowledge of English and Russian (for communication and professional literature)
- Fluency in Armenian
