ON THE REGISTRATION OF THE CHANGE IN THE MANAGEMENT OF “FINCA” UNIVERSAL CREDIT ORGANIZATION CJSC

Pursuant to Clause "g¹" of Section 4 of Article 18 of the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”, Article 92 of the Republic of Armenia Law “On Credit Organizations”, Sub-clause 1 of Clause 146 and Clause 171 of Regulation 13 “Procedures for Licensing, Registration, Granting of Consents and Authorizations, Verification of Professional Compliance and Qualification in the Sector of Activity of Credit Organizations” approved by Decision No. 194-N of the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia dated July 1, 2008, taking into account the application of “FINCA” UCO CJSC December 5, 2025 and the attached documents, and the conclusion of the Licensing and Supervision Committee of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia (Minutes No. 57 dated December 24, 2025), I hereby

Decide to:
1. Deregister Zarlasht Vardak, registered as a member of the Board of “FINCA” UCO CJSC.
2. This Decision shall enter into force on the day following the date of its delivery to “FINCA” UCO CJSC, or its authorized representative, in the manner established by “FINCA” UCO CJSC.
