ON SUSPENDING THE 30-DAY TIME LIMIT FOR THE REVIEW OF THE APPLICATION FOR GRANTING AN AUTHORISATION TO MANAGE A NON-PUBLIC INVESTMENT FUND TO "BC MANAGEMENT" CJSC

Pursuant to Section 3 of Article 2, and Section "g¹" of Section 4 of Article 18 of the RA Law "On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia," Section 1 of Article 112 of the RA Law "On Investment Funds," and taking into account the conclusion of the Licensing and Supervision Committee of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia (Minutes No. 57 dated December 24, 2025), and having examined the applications and the enclosed documents submitted to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia on September 9, 2025, September 30, 2025, October 1, 2025, October 13, 2025, November 11, 2025, and December 2, 2025 regarding the granting of an authorization to "BC Management" CJSC to manage a non-public investment fund, I hereby

Decide to:
1. Suspend the 30-day time limit for the examination of the application for granting "BC Management" CJSC an authorization to manage a non-public investment fund, for the purpose of clarifying certain facts.
2. This Decision shall enter into force on the day following the date of its delivery to "BC Management" CJSC, or its authorized representative, in the manner established by "BC Management" CJSC.
