ON REGISTRATION OF THE BOND PROSPECTUS OF "ARMECONOMBANK" OJSC

On December 5th, 2025, "ARMECONOMBANK" OJSC submitted to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia an application for the registration of a prospectus for registered, coupon bonds with a total volume of AMD 20,000,000,000 (twenty billion Armenian drams) at a nominal value of AMD 10,000 (ten thousand Armenian drams) each, and with a total volume of USD 15,000,000 (fifteen million US dollars) at a nominal value of USD 100 (one hundred US dollars) each, along with the corresponding prospectus and all documents required for the registration of the prospectus under the Law of the Republic of Armenia "On the Securities Market" and Regulation 4/04 "Prospectus and Reports of Reporting Issuers" approved by Decision No. 68-N of the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia dated March 11, 2008.
Pursuant to the foregoing, and Section 3 of Article 2 of the Republic of Armenia Law "On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia" and Article 10 of the Republic of Armenia Law "On the Securities Market," and taking into account the conclusion of the Licensing and Supervision Committee of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia (Minutes No. 57 dated December 24, 2025),

I HEREBY DECIDE TO:

1. Register the prospectus for registered, coupon bonds submitted by "ARMECONOMBANK" OJSC on December 5, 2025.
2. This Decision shall enter into force on the day following the date of its delivery to "ARMECONOMBANK" OJSC, or its authorized representative, in the manner established by "ARMECONOMBANK" OJSC.
