ON THE REGISTRATION OF A CHANGE IN THE MANAGEMENT OF "EXPORT INSURANCE AGENCY OF ARMENIA" INSURANCE CJSC

Pursuant to Clause “g¹” of Section 4 of Article 18 of the Republic of Armenia Law "On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia," Section 2 of Article 51 of the Republic of Armenia Law "On Insurance and Insurance Activities," Sub-clause 1 of Clause 192 and Clause 216 of Regulation 3/01 "Procedure for Licensing, Registration, Granting of Consents and Authorization, Verification of Professional Compliance and Qualification in the Sector of Insurance" approved by Decision No. 344-N of the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia dated October 30, 2007, and taking into account the conclusion of the Licensing and Supervision Committee of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia (Minutes No. 55 dated December 17, 2025) and the application and attached documents submitted to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia on November 19, 2025 by "Export Insurance Agency of Armenia" ICJSC, I hereby

Decide to:

1. Deregister Armen Khachatryan, registered as Deputy Executive Director of "Export Insurance Agency of Armenia" ICJSC.
This Decision shall enter into force on the day following the date of its delivery to "Export Insurance Agency of Armenia" ICJSC, or to the authorized representative in the manner established by "Export Insurance Agency of Armenia" ICJSC.
