ON THE REGISTRATION OF A CHANGE IN THE MANAGEMENT OF “ID PROCESSING” LLC, A PAYMENT AND SETTLEMENT ORGANIZATION

Pursuant to Clause “g¹” of Section 4 of Article 18 of the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”, Article 22 of the Republic of Armenia Law “On Payment and Settlement Systems and Payment and Settlement Organizations”, Sub-clause 1 of Clause 96 of Regulation 17/01 “Procedure for Licensing Payment and Settlement Organizations, Registration of Branches, Qualification, Verification of Professional Competence and Registration of Managers”, approved by Decision No. 285-N of the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia dated October 25, 2011, taking into account the conclusion of the Licensing and Supervision Committee of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia (Minutes No. 55 of December 17, 2025), as well as the application submitted on 2025.12.05 by “ID PROCESSING” LLC, a payment and settlement organization, I hereby

I HEREBY DECIDE TO:

1. Deregister Lusine Martirosyan, registered as the Chief Accountant of “ID PROCESSING” LLC, a payment and settlement organization.
2. This Decision shall enter into force on the date of its execution.
