ON REGISTERING THE AMENDMENTS AND MODIFICATIONS TO THE RULES RL 1-003 “QUALIFICATION OF EXPERTS AND REPAIR ORGANIZATIONS IN THE COMPULSORY MOTOR VEHICLE LIABILITY INSURANCE (CMVLI) SECTOR” OF THE ARMENIAN MOTOR INSURERS BUREAU

Pursuant to Clause “g¹” of Section 4 of Article 18 of the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”, Section 2 of Article 37 of the Republic of Armenia Law “On Compulsory Insurance Against Liability Arising from the Use of Motor Vehicles”, taking into consideration the conclusion of the Licensing and Supervision Committee of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia (Minutes No. 55 of December 17, 2025), and having reviewed the application and the enclosed documents submitted to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia on November 17, 2025 by the Armenian Motor Insurers,

I HEREBY DECIDE TO:

1. Register the amendments and modifications made to the Rules RL 1-003 “Qualification and Cooperation of Experts and Repair Organizations in the CMTPLI Sector”, approved by Decision No. 31-L of the Board of the Armenian Motor Insurers Bureau dated November 6, 2025.
2. This Decision shall enter into force on the day following the date of due notification.
