ON REGISTERING A CHANGE IN THE MANAGEMENT OF “ARDSHINBANK” OJSC

Pursuant to Clause “g¹” of Section 4 of Article 18 of the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”, Section 2 of Article 33 of the Republic of Armenia Law “On Banks and Banking”, Clauses 188 and 226 of Regulation 1 " Procedure for Licensing, Registration, Granting Consents and Authorisations, Professional Competence Assessment and Qualification in the Banking Sector", approved by Decision No. 145-N of the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia dated April 12, 2005, taking into account the conclusion of the Licensing and Supervision Committee of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia (Minutes No. 55 of December 17, 2025), as well as the applications and the enclosed documents submitted to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia by “Ardshinbank” OJSC on June 26, 2025, September 8, 2025, September 11, 2025, November 5, 2025 and December 2, 2025,

I HEREBY DECIDE TO:

1. Register Philipp Der Megreditchian as a member of the Board of “Ardshinbank” OJSC.
2. This Decision shall enter into force on the date of its execution.
