ON THE REGISTRATION OF THE "ARTASHAT" BRANCH OF “AMERIABANK” CJSC

Pursuant to Clause “g¹” of Section 4 of Article 18 of the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”, on Section 4 of Article 28 of the Republic of Armenia Law “On Banks and Banking”, Chapter 6 of Regulation 1 "Procedures for Licensing, Registration, Granting Consents and Authorisations, Professional Competence Assessment and Qualification in the Banking Sector", approved by Decision No. 145-N of the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia dated April 12, 2005, taking into consideration the conclusion of the Licensing and Supervision Committee of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia (Minutes No. 55 of December 17, 2025), as well as the applications and the enclosed documents submitted to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia by “Ameriabank” CJSC on November 28, 2025, December 1, 2025, December 2, 2025, December 5,

I HEREBY DECIDE TO:

1. Register the "Artashat" Branch of “Ameriabank” CJSC.
2. This Decision shall enter into force on the day following its delivery to “Ameriabank” CJSC or to the authorized representative in the manner established by “Ameriabank” CJSC.
