ON GRANTING PRIOR CONSENT FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT OF A “LANDMARK CAPITAL” CJSC REPRESENTATIVE OFFICE

Pursuant to Clause “g¹” of Section 4 of Article 18 of the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”, Section 3 of Article 47 of the Republic of Armenia Law “On Securities Market”, Chapter 10 of Regulation 4/01 “Registration and Licensing of Investment Companies, Registration of Branches and Representative Offices of Investment Companies and Foreign Investment Companies, Procedure for Obtaining Prior Consent to Acquire Qualifying Holding in the Authorised Capital of Investment Companies, Procedure, Form and Deadlines for Submission of the Business Plan by Investment Companies, Noticing the Bank on Provision of Investment Services” approved by Decision No. 15-N of the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia dated January 15, 2008, taking into account the conclusion of the Licensing and Supervision Committee of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia (Minutes No. 55 of December 17, 2025), as well as the applications and the enclosed documents submitted by “LANDMARK CAPITAL” CJSC on November 14, 2025, December 5, 2025, and December 12, 2025,

I HEREBY DECIDE TO:

1. Grant prior consent for the establishment of a representative office of “LANDMARK CAPITAL” CJSC in the city of Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
2. This Decision shall enter into force on the day following its delivery to “LANDMARK CAPITAL” CJSC or to the authorized representative in the manner established BY “LANDMARK CAPITAL” CJSC.
