ON SUSPENDING THE 20-WORKING-DAY PERIOD FOR THE REGISTRATION OF THE PROSPECTUS OF BONDS OF ARARATBANK OJSC
Pursuant to Section 3 of Article 2 and Clause "g¹" of Section 4 of Article 18 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”, as well as Section 1 of Article 220 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia “On Securities Market”, taking into consideration the conclusion of the Licensing and Supervision Committee of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia (Minutes No. 55 of December 17, 2025), and having reviewed the prospectus and the accompanying documents submitted by ARARATBANK Open Joint-Stock Company submitted on November 19, 2025 and November 27, 2025,
I HEREBY DECIDE TO
1. Suspend the period for the registration of the bond prospectus of ARARATBANK OJSC for the purpose of clarifying certain facts.
2. This decision shall come into force on the day following its delivery to ARARATBANK Open Joint-Stock Company, or to the authorized representative in the manner established by ARARARATBANK Open Joint-Stock Company.
