 ON REGISTERING THE CHANGES IN THE MANAGEMENT COMPOSITION OF “MK CREDIT” UNIVERSAL CREDIT ORGANIZATION CLOSED JOINT-STOCK COMPANY 

Pursuant to Point "g1" of Part 4 of Article 18 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”, Part 1 of Article 92 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia “On Credit Organizations”, Points 133 and 171 of Regulation 13 “On Procedures for Licensing, Registration, Granting Consent and Permission, Appraisal of the Professional Adequacy and Qualification in the Credit Organization Activity” approved by Decision No. 194-N of the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia dated 1 July 2008, and the petitions and accompanying documents submitted 2025 by “MK CREDIT” Universal Credit Organization Closed Joint-Stock Company to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia on 13 November 2025, 3 December 2025, and 11 December:

 I  D E C I D E: 

1. To register Yervand Aslanyan in the position of Executive Director, Chairman of the Management Board of “MK CREDIT” Universal Credit Organization Closed Joint-Stock Company.
2. This Decision shall enter into force on the day following the date of its delivery to “MK CREDIT” Universal Credit Organization Closed Joint-Stock Company, or its delivery to the person authorized by “MK CREDIT” Universal Credit Organization Closed Joint-Stock Company in accordance with the established procedure.
