 ON REGISTERING THE CHANGE IN THE MANAGEMENT COMPOSITION OF “ARARATBANK” OPEN JOINT-STOCK COMPANY

 Pursuant to Point "g1" of Part 4 of Article 18 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”, Part 2 of Article 33 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia “On Banks and Banking Activity”, Point 226 of Regulation 1 “On Procedures for Licensing, Registration, Granting Consent and Permission, Appraisal of the Professional Adequacy and Qualification in the Banking Activity” approved by Decision No. 145-N of the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia dated 12 April 2005, taking into account the conclusion of the Licensing and Supervision Committee of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia (Protocol No. 54 dated 10 December 2025), and the petitions and accompanying documents submitted by “ARARATBANK” Open Joint-Stock Company to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia on 17 November 2025:

 I  D E C I D E: 

1. To register Artur Hanyan in the position of Head of Internal Audit of “ARARATBANK” Open Joint-Stock Company.
2. This Decision shall enter into force on the day following the date of its delivery to “ARARATBANK” Open Joint-Stock Company, or its delivery to the person authorized by “ARARATBANK” Open Joint-Stock Company in accordance with the established procedure.
