Granting Consent to the Operation of the Computer Program Provided to “Lustelecom”, a Limited Liability Company, by the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia

GOVERNOR DECISION

 April 17, 2025 No. 1/126 A

 Granting Consent to the Operation of the Computer Program Provided to “Lustelecom”, a Limited Liability Company, by the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia

 In view of Article 18 (4) (“g1”) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”, and Paragraph 113 of Regulation 10 “Licensing and Regulation of Foreign Currency Purchase and Sale Operations” as approved under the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia Board Resolution No 138-N, dated May 15, 2007; and

Considering the application, dated April 10, 2025, submitted by “Lustelecom”, a Limited Liability Company, to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia,

 We decide: 

  1. Grant a consent to the operation of the computer program provided to “Lustelecom”, a Limited Liability Company (License No. 850/2 for foreign exchange trading; company address: N. Adontsi Str., building #6, premises no. 333 and 336, Arabkir, Yerevan, Republic of Armenia), by the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia.
  2. Instruct the Central Bank’s Information Technology Department of the Information Technology and Cybersecurity Directorate to carry out the installment of the required computer program.
  3. This decision to enter into force on the day it is signed.
