GOVERNOR DECISION

 April 16, 2025 No. 1/125 A

 Registering the Change to the Structure of the Managers of “Fido Invest”, a Closed Joint-Stock Company (Investment Company)

 In view of Article 18 (4) (“g¹”) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”, and Article 221 (2) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Securities Market”, and Paragraph 20 of Regulation 4/05 “Procedure for Qualification of Investment Service Provider, the Operator and the Central Depository Managers and Natural Persons as Investment Service Providers; Manager Professional Integrity Criteria and Manager Registration” as approved under the Republic of Armenia Central Bank Board Resolution No. 15-N, dated January 15, 2008;

Considering the conclusion issued by the Licensing and Supervision Committee of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia (Minutes No. 17, dated April 16, 2025); and

Having examined the letters of request, dated March 24, 2025 and April 2, 2025, along with the documentation and deliverables, which “Fido Invest”, a Closed Joint-Stock Company, submitted to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia,

         We decide: 

1. Register Nune Mkrtchyan into the role as Chief Accountant of “Fido Invest” Closed Joint-Stock Company.
2. This decision to enter into force on the day it is signed.
