On Registration of Change in the Composition of the Management of “Nairi Insurance” Insurance Limited Liability Company

In view of Article 18(4)(g1) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”; and Article 51(2) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On Insurance and Insurance Activities”; and Paragraph 178 of Regulation 3/01 “Procedure on Licensing, Registration; Granting Consent and Permission; Appraisal of the Professional Integrity and Qualification in the Insurance Sector” approved by the CBA Board Resolution No. 344-N of October 30, 2007; and
Considering the conclusion issued by the Licensing and Supervision Committee of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia (Minutes No. 50, dated October 28, 2026), and the letters of request, dated October 5, 2026, October 13, 2026, and October 22, 2026, together with the required documents and supporting materials, which “Nairi Insurance” Insurance Limited Liability Company submitted to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia,

Decided:

1. Register Natali Vorobev into the role as Member of the Supervisory Board of “Nairi Insurance” Insurance Limited Liability Company.
2. This decision shall take effect upon acknowledgment of its receipt by “Nairi Insurance” Insurance LLC, or on the day following its duly prescribed delivery to an authorized representative of “Nairi Insurance” Insurance LLC.
