On Registration of Change in the Composition of the Management of the “Armenian Motor Insurers’ Bureau” Non-Governmental Organization

In view of Article 18(4)(g1) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”; and Article 51(2) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On Insurance and Insurance Activities”; and Paragraph 178 of Regulation 3/01 “Procedure on Licensing, Registration; Granting Consent and Permission; Appraising the Professional Integrity and Qualification in the Insurance Sector” as approved by the CBA Board Resolution No. 344-N of October 30, 2007; and
Considering the conclusion issued by the Licensing and Supervision Committee of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia (Minutes No. 50, dated October 28, 2026), and the letters of request, dated July 23, 2026, July 27, 2026, August 25 2026, September 18, 2026, and October 14, 2026, as well as the required documents and supporting materials, which the “Armenian Motor Insurers’ Bureau” Non-Governmental Organization submitted to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia,

Decided:

1. Register Ani Israelyan into the role as Head of Internal Audit within the “Armenian Motor Insurers’ Bureau” Non-Governmental Organization.
2. This decision shall take effect upon acknowledgment of its receipt by the “Armenian Motor Insurers’ Bureau” NGO, or on the day following its duly prescribed delivery to an authorized representative of the “Armenian Motor Insurers’ Bureau” NGO.
3. Operative clause 1 of this decision shall be in effect for a period of 5 (five) months.
