On Registration of the Supplement to the Program Prospectus for Bonds of “Fast Bank” Closed Joint-Stock Company

Whereas, on October 16, 2026, “Fast Bank” Closed Joint-Stock Company applied to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia with a request to register the Supplement to the Program Prospectus for nominal coupon bonds as registered by the CBA Governor Decision No. 1/44A of January 29, 2026, together with all the documents and supporting materials required for prospectus registration pursuant to the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Securities Market”, and the Central Bank Regulation 4/04 “Prospectus and Statements of Reporting Issuers” as approved by the CBA Board Resolution No. 68-N of March 11, 2008;
Based on the foregoing, and
Pursuant to Article 2(3) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”, and Article 14 of the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Securities Market”,

Decided:

1. Register the Supplement to the Program Prospectus for nominal coupon bonds submitted by “Fast Bank” Closed Joint-Stock Company, where the Prospectus was registered by the CBA Governor Decision No. 1/44A of January 29, 2026.
2. This decision shall take effect upon acknowledgment of its receipt by “Fast Bank” CJSC, or on the day following its duly prescribed delivery to an authorized representative of “Fast Bank” CJSC.
