On Registration of Change in the Composition of the Management of “Converse Bank” Closed Joint-Stock Company

In view of Article 18(4)(g1) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”; and Article 33(2) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On Banks and Banking”; and Paragraph 188 of Regulation 1 “Procedures for Licensing, Registration, Granting Consent and Permission, Appraisal of the Professional Adequacy and Qualification in the Banking” as approved by the CBA Board Resolution No. 145-N of April 12, 2005; and
Considering the conclusion issued by the Licensing and Supervision Committee of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia (Minutes No. 49, dated October 21, 2026); and the letters of request, dated September 14, 2026, October 7, 2026, October 8, 2026, and October 12, 2026, together with the required documents and supporting materials, which “Converse Bank” Closed Joint-Stock Company submitted to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia,

Decided:

1. Register Aharon Levonyan into the role as Deputy CEO–Member of the Management Board of Converse Bank CJSC.
2. This decision shall take effect upon acknowledgment of its receipt by “Converse Bank” CJSC, or on the day following its duly prescribed delivery to an authorized representative of “Converse Bank” CJSC.
