On Introducing Changes to the CBA Governor Decision No. 1/389A of September 23, 2026

In view of Article 33(3) and Article 34(1) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On Normative-Legal Acts”,

Decided:

1. Introduce changes to the CBA Governor Decision No. 1/389A of September 23, 2026 “On Registration of the Prospectus for Nominal Coupon Bonds of “Renshin” Limited Liability Company”, as follows:
1) remove the sentence “Whereas, on September 22, 2026, “Renshin” Limited Liability Company also submitted a supplement to the prospectus” from the preamble of the decision;
2) remove the expression “together with the supplement to the prospectus submitted on September 22, 2026” from operative clause 1 of the decision
2. This decision shall take effect in the manner prescribed by law.
