On reissuing Foreign Currency Purchase and Sale License No. 618 issued to IE Gorik Stepanyan
Guided by Article 2(3) and point “29” of Article 20 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia “On the Central Bank of Armenia,”
based on point 9 of the Annex approved by Decision No. 138-N of the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia dated 15 May 2007 “On Approving Regulation 10 “Licensing and Regulation of Foreign Currency Purchase and Sale Operations,”
taking into account that IE Gorik Stepanyan applied to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia on 18.12.2025, 29.12.2025 and 20.01.2026 with a request to reissue Foreign Currency Purchase and Sale License No. 618 issued to him, the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia
RESOLVES:
- To reissue Foreign Currency Purchase and Sale License No. 618 issued to IE Gorik Stepanyan, in connection with the change of address of the exchange point branch.
- This Decision shall enter into force on the day following the day of its entry into the records of IE Gorik Stepanyan or its delivery to a duly authorized representative of his, as prescribed.
