ON SUSPENDING THE 30-DAY TERM FOR EXAMINATION OF THE APPLICATION OF “AJAMYAN GROUP” LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY FOR OBTAINING A FOREIGN CURRENCY PURCHASE AND SALE LICENSE
Guided by Article 2(3) and point “16” of Article 20 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia,”
based on point 9 of the Annex approved by Decision No. 138-N of the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia dated 15 May 2007 “On Approving Regulation 10 ‘Licensing and Regulation of Foreign Currency Purchase and Sale Operations,’”
taking into account that “AJAMYAN GROUP” Limited Liability Company applied to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia on 22 December 2025 with a request for obtaining a foreign currency purchase and sale license, as well as the opinion of the Licensing and Supervision Committee of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia (Minutes No. 1 dated 7 January 2026), the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia
R E S O L V E S:
- To suspend the 30-day term for examination of the application of “AJAMYAN GROUP” Limited Liability Company for obtaining a foreign currency purchase and sale license, for the purpose of clarifying certain facts.
- This Decision shall enter into force on the day following the day of its entry into the records of “AJAMYAN GROUP” Limited Liability Company or its delivery to a duly authorized representative of “AJAMYAN GROUP” Limited Liability Company, as prescribed.
