ON REISSUING PAWNBROKING ACTIVITY LICENSE NO. GG-E 332 ISSUED TO “UMANILINE” LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY
Guided by Article 2(3) of the Law of the Republic of Armenia “On the Central Bank of Armenia,” point “29” of Article 20,
based on point 14 of the “Procedure for Licensing Pawnbroking Activity in the Republic of Armenia” approved by Decision No. 32-N of the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia dated 3 February 2017,
taking into account that “UMANILINE” Limited Liability Company on 25 November 2025, 2 December 2025, 11 December 2025, 17 December 2025 and 24 December 2025 applied to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia in connection with the operation of the premises intended for the safekeeping of small-volume items at 5/12 A. Melikbekyan Street, Ijevan, Tavush Region, Republic of Armenia, and the discontinuation of the operation of the premises for the safekeeping of large-volume property at 11 2nd Street, Getahovit village, Tavush Region, Republic of Armenia, the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia
R E S O L V E S :
- To reissue Pawnbroking Activity License No. GG-E 332 issued to “UMANILINE” Limited Liability Company.
- This Decision shall enter into force on the day following the day of its entry into the records of “UMANILINE” Limited Liability Company or its delivery to a duly authorized representative of “UMANILINE” Limited Liability Company, as prescribed.
