ON APPROVING THE FINANCIAL STATEMENTS OF THE CENTRAL BANK OF THE REPUBLIC OF ARMENIA AS OF 30 SEPTEMBER 2025

Based on Part 3 of Article 2, Part 1 of Article 15, the second paragraph of Part 2 of Article 17, and Points "e" and "m" of Part 1 of Article 20 of the Law “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”, the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia hereby:

 R E S O L V E S: 

1. To approve the Financial Statements of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia as of 30 September 2025, in accordance with the Annex to this Resolution.
2. This Resolution shall enter into force in the manner prescribed by law.
