ON MAKING AMENDMENTS AND SUPPLEMENTS TO RESOLUTION NO. 178-N OF THE BOARD OF THE CENTRAL BANK OF THE REPUBLIC OF ARMENIA DATED 23 JULY 2013

For the purpose of the number ranges established for the purpose of providing codes to participants of the payment and settlement system or information systems of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia,

Guided by Part 3 of Article 2 and Points "e" and "id" of Part 1 of Article 20 of the Law "On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia," Point "a" of Part 1 and Part 2 of Article 17 of the Law "On Payment and Settlement Systems and Payment and Settlement Organizations," Parts 1 and 3 of Article 33 and Article 34 of the Law "On Normative Legal Acts," the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia hereby:

 R E S O L V E S: 

1. To make the following amendments and supplements to the "Procedure for defining the coding structure for participants of the payment and settlement system or information systems of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia, as well as the structure of customers' monetary account numbers" (hereinafter: Procedure) approved by Resolution No. 178-N of the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia dated 23 July 2013 "On approving the 'Procedure for defining the coding structure for participants of the payment and settlement system or information systems of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia, as well as the structure of customers' monetary account numbers' and recognizing as void Resolution No. 394-N of the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia dated 5 December 2002":
2. This Resolution shall enter into force from the tenth day following the day of its official publication and shall apply to relations arising after this Resolution enters into force.
