BOARD DECISION

ON APPOINTING A MEMBER OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE OFFICE OF THE FINANCIAL SYSTEM MEDIATOR

Pursuant to Point 2 of Part 2 of Article 26 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia “On the Financial System Mediator”

and guided by Point “e” of Part 1 of Article 20 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”, the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia

decides:

1. To appoint Mr. Artur Stepanyan, Adviser to the Chairman of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia – Special Commissioner, as a member of the Board of Trustees of the Office of the Financial System Mediator for a term of three years, effective from 12 August 2025.
2. This decision shall enter into force on the day following the date of notifying the person specified in Point 1 of this Decision.
