BOARD RESOLUTION

June 20, 2025; No. 105 A

Granting a Foreign Exchange Trades Activity License to “Norik-70”, a Limited Liability Company

        Pursuant to Article 2 (3) and Article 20 (“jf”) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”; and Paragraph 9 of the Central Bank Regulation 10 “Licensing and Regulation of Foreign Currency Purchase and Sale Operations” as approved under the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia Board Resolution No 138-N, dated May 15, 2007;

          Whereas on June 4, 2025 “Norik-70”, a Limited Liability Company, applied to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia with a request to seek an Activity License for carrying out foreign exchange trades; and

In view of the conclusion issued by the Licensing and Supervision Committee of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia (Minutes No. 27, dated June 11, 2025),

 the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia 

 E n a c t s: 

  1. Grant a Foreign Exchange Trades License to “Norik-70” Limited Liability Company for carrying out relevant activities at the address: Proshyan village, G. Chaush highway 1/48, a shopping salon, Nairi Community, Kotayq Region, Republic of Armenia.
  2. This resolution to enter into force upon being registered with “Norik-70” Limited Liability Company or on the day following its delivery, in the prescribed manner, to an authorized representative of “Norik-70” Limited Liability Company.
