BOARD RESOLUTION

April 22, 2025; No. 65 A

Revoking the Foreign Exchange Trading License No. 525 Granted to “Armenia” Hotel Complex, a Closed Joint-Stock Company

 Pursuant to Article 2 (3) and Article 20 (“jf”) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”, and Paragraph 53 (4) of Regulation 10 “Licensing and Regulation of Foreign Currency Purchase and Sale Operations” as approved under the Republic of Armenia Central Bank Board Resolution No 138-N, dated May 15, 2007; Whereas on April 9, 2025 “Armenia” Hotel Complex, a Closed Joint-Stock Company, applied to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia with a request to revoke the License No. 525 granted to them for foreign exchange trading; In view of the conclusion issued by the Licensing and Regulation Committee of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia (Minutes No. 17, April 16, 2025), the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia

 E n a c t s: 

1. Revoke the License No. 525, granted to “Armenia” Hotel Complex, a Closed Joint-Stock Company, for foreign exchange trading.
2. This resolution to enter into force on the day following the proper notification to “Armenia” Hotel Complex, a Closed Joint-Stock Company.
