On approving the Procedure for the Management by Payment and Settlement Organizations of the Risk of Circumvention of International Sanctions

With the aim of ensuring the availability of an appropriate set of tools aimed at the effective management of the risk of circumvention of international sanctions in the payment and settlement system of the Republic of Armenia,
based on the Law of the Republic of Armenia “On the Central Bank of Armenia,” points “5” and “24” of Part 1 of Article 20 thereof,
guided by Article 2(3) and point “5” of Part 1 of Article 20 of the Law “On the Central Bank of Armenia,” the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia

RESOLVES:

1. To approve the Procedure for the Management by Payment and Settlement Organizations of the Risk of Circumvention of International Sanctions, in accordance with the Annex.
2. This Decision shall enter into force 6 months after the day of its official publication.
