On registering the amendments and supplements made to the “General Terms and Conditions of CMTPL” Rl 1-001 rules of the “Armenian Motor Insurers’ Bureau” public organization

Guided by point “29” of Article 20 and Article 2(3) of the Law of the Republic of Armenia “On the Central Bank of Armenia,”
based on the requirements set forth by Article 37(3) of the Law of the Republic of Armenia “On Compulsory Insurance of Civil Liability Arising from the Use of Motor Vehicles,”
taking into account that the “Armenian Motor Insurers’ Bureau” public organization applied to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia by petitions dated 14.07.2025, 29.08.2025, 01.10.2025, 30.10.2025, 08.12.2025 and 17.12.2025, together with the accompanying documents, with a request to register the “General Terms and Conditions of CMTPL” RL 1-001 Rules of the “Armenian Motor Insurers’ Bureau” public organization, as well as the opinion of the Licensing and Supervision Committee of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia (Minutes No. 2 dated 14 January 2026), the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia

RESOLVES:

1. To register the “General Terms and Conditions of CMTPL” RL 1-001 Rules approved by Decision No. 38-L of the Board of the “Armenian Motor Insurers’ Bureau” public organization dated 11 December 2025.
2. This Decision shall enter into force on the day following the day of its entry into the records of the “Armenian Motor Insurers’ Bureau” public organization or its delivery to a duly authorized representative of the “Armenian Motor Insurers’ Bureau” public organization, as prescribed.
