Endorsing Central Bank Regulation 7/05 “Procedure for Registration of Managers of Crypto Assets Service Providers and Managers of Branches of Foreign Crypto Assets Service Providers”

Aiming to endorse the procedure designated to provide the list of managers of the crypto assets service provider that are subject to registration; to establish the registration of managers, rejection of their registration, and their deregistration;

In view of Article 34(2) and (3), Article 87, and Article 93(3) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On Crypto-Assets”;

Pursuant to Article 2(3) and Article 20(1) “e” of the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”,

 the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia 

 E n a c t s:

1. Endorse the Central Bank Regulation 7/05 “Procedure for Registration of Managers of Crypto Assets Service Providers and Managers of Branches of Foreign Crypto Assets Service Providers” pursuant to Appendix attached to this resolution.
2. This resolution to enter into force on the tenth (10th) day following its official publication.
