Endorsing Central Bank Regulation 7/04 “Requirements for the Form and Content of the Crypto-Assets Offer Document; Procedure for Submitting the Offer Document to the Central Bank”

Aiming to to establish the form and content of the crypto-assets offer document, as well as the procedure for submitting the offer document to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia;

In view of Article 5(2)(2, Article 8(1), Article 9(4), and Article 13() of the Republic of Armenia Law “On Crypto-Assets”;

Pursuant to Article 2(3) and Article 20(1) “e” of the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”,

 the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia 

 E n a c t s:

1. Endorse the Central Bank Regulation 7/04 “Requirements for the Form and Content of the Crypto-Assets Offer Document; Procedure for Submitting the Offer Document to the Central Bank” pursuant to Appendix attached to this resolution.
2. This resolution to enter into force on the tenth (10th) day following its official publication.
