ON APPROVING THE PROCEDURE ON PROPOSING THE INCLUSION OF PERSONS IN OR INCLUDING PERSONS IN THE LISTS PUBLISHED BY OR IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE UNITED NATIONS SECURITY COUNCIL RESOLUTIONS, PROPOSING THE REMOVAL OF PERSONS FROM OR REMOVING PERSONS FROM SUCH LISTS, UNFREEZING OF PROPERTY, REPLENISHING THE FROZEN PROPERTY, AND PERMITTING PAYMENTS FROM THE FROZEN PROPERTY, AND RECOGNIZING RESOLUTION NO. 336-N OF THE BOARD OF THE CENTRAL BANK OF THE REPUBLIC OF ARMENIA DATED 2 DECEMBER 2014 AS VOID

Guided by Point 15 of Part 1 of Article 11 of the Law "On Combating Money Laundering and Terrorism Financing", Part 3 of Article 2 and point "e" of Part 1 of Article 20 of the Law "On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia", as well as Article 37 of the Law "On Normative Legal Acts", the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia hereby:
R E S O L V E S:
1. To approve the "Procedure on proposing the inclusion of persons in or including persons in the lists published by or in accordance with the United Nations Security Council resolutions, proposing the removal of persons from or removing persons from such lists, unfreezing of property, replenishing the frozen property, and permitting payments from the frozen property", according to Appendix 1 of this Resolution.
2. To approve the forms of applications submitted to the authorized body, according to Appendix 2 of this Resolution.
3. To recognize as void Resolution No. 336-N of the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia dated 2 December 2014 "On approving the procedure for considering requests for removal from the lists of persons associated with terrorism published by the authorized body, and for unfreezing of property of persons associated with terrorism or the proliferation of weapons of mass destruction".
4. This Resolution shall enter into force on the day following its official publication.
