RESOLUTION

On Amending the Resolution No. 145 A of the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia dated September 3, 2024

Pursuant to Article 2 (3) and Article 20 (1) (“e”) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia,” and guided by Article 33 (1) (3) and Article 34 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia “On Normative Legal Acts,” the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia

E n a c t s:

1. To restate the Annex to Resolution No. 145 A of the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia dated September 3, 2024 “On Approval of the 2026–2027 Commemorative Coin Issuance Program of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia” in a new edition, in accordance with the Annex to this Resolution.
2. This resolution to enter into force in accordance with the procedure prescribed by law.
