GOVERNOR DECISION

 Registering the Changes to the Structure of the Managers of “Mogo” Universal Credit Organization, a Limited Liability Company

 In view of Article 18 (4) (“g¹”) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”; and Article 9² of the Republic of Armenia Law “On Credit Organizations”; and Paragraph 133 and Paragraph 146 and Paragraph 171 of Regulation 13 “Procedures for Licensing, Registration, Granting Consent and Permission, Appraisal of the Professional Adequacy and Qualification in the Credit Organization Activity” as approved under the Republic of Armenia Central Bank Board Resolution No. 194-N, dated July 1, 2008; and

Having examined the letters of request, dated June 13, 2025, June 18, 2025, and July 11, 2025, along with the required documentation and deliverables, which “Mogo” Universal Credit Organization, a Limited Liability Company, presented to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia,

           We decide: 

1. Remove Vladislavs Mejertals from his registered role as Member of the Board of “Mogo” Universal Credit Organization, a Limited Liability Company.
2. Register Ilga Mozule into the role as Member of the Board of “Mogo” Universal Credit Organization, a Limited Liability Company.
3. This decision to enter into force upon being registered with “Mogo” Universal Credit Organization, a Limited Liability Company or on the day following its delivery, in the prescribed manner, to an authorized representative of “Mogo” Universal Credit Organization, a Limited Liability Company.
