On Registration of the Program Prospectus for the Bonds of “Farm Credit Armenia” Universal Credit Organization Commercial Cooperative

Whereas, on September 23, 2026, “Farm Credit Armenia” Universal Credit Organization Commercial Cooperative submitted an application to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia with a request to register a program prospectus for nominal coupon bonds with a face value of AMD 100,000 (one hundred thousand Armenian drams), in a maximum amount of AMD 3,000,000,000 (three billion Armenian drams), together with the prospectus and all documents and supporting materials required for prospectus registration pursuant to the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Securities Market”, and Regulation 4/04 “Prospectus and Statements of Reporting Issuers” as approved by the CBA Board Resolution No. 68-N of March 11, 2008;
Whereas, on September 29, 2026 and October 20, 2026 “Farm Credit Armenia” Universal Credit Organization Commercial Cooperative also submitted a supplement to the prospectus;
Based on the foregoing, and
Pursuant to Article 2(3) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”; and Article 10 of the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Securities Market”; and the conclusion issued by the Licensing and Supervision Committee of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia (Minutes No. 50, dated October 28, 2026),

Decided:

1. Register the program prospectus for nominal coupon bonds with a face value of AMD 100,000 (one hundred thousand Armenian drams), in a maximum amount of AMD 3,000,000,000 (three billion Armenian drams), which “Farm Credit Armenia” UCO CC submitted to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia on September 23, 2026, together with the supplements to the Prospectus submitted on September 29, 2026 and October 20, 2026.
2. This decision shall take effect in the manner prescribed by law.
