On Registration of Changes in the Composition of the Management of “VTB Bank Armenia” Closed Joint-Stock Company

In view of Article 18(4)(g1) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”; and Article 33(2) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On Banks and Banking”; and Paragraph 188 of Regulation 1 “Procedures for Licensing, Registration, Granting Consent and Permission, Appraisal of the Professional Adequacy and Qualification in the Banking” as approved by the CBA Board Resolution No. 145-N of April 12, 2005; and
Considering the conclusion issued by the Licensing and Supervision Committee of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia (Minutes No. 50, dated October 28, 2026); and the letters of request, dated September 28, 2026, October 2, 2026, October 9, 2026, October 15, 2026, and October 20, 2026, together with the required documents and supporting materials, which “VTB Bank Armenia” Closed Joint-Stock Company submitted to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia,

Decided:

1. Register Nelya Nazarova into the role as Member of the Board of “VTB Bank Armenia” Closed Joint-Stock Company.
2. Remove Ilnar Shaymardanov from his registered role as Member of the Board of “VTB Bank Armenia” Closed Joint-Stock Company.
3. This decision shall take effect upon acknowledgment of its receipt by “VTB Bank Armenia” CJSC, or on the day following its duly prescribed delivery to an authorized representative of “VTB Bank Armenia” CJSC.
