On Registration of the Supplement to the Program Prospectus for Bonds of “Kamurj” Universal Credit Organization Closed Joint-Stock Company

Whereas, on October 1, 2026, “Kamurj” Universal Credit Organization CJSC submitted an application to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia with a request to register a supplement to the program prospectus for nominal coupon bonds as registered by the CBA Governor Decision No. 1/8A of January 7, 2026, together with all documents and supporting materials required for prospectus registration pursuant to the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Securities Market”, and Regulation 4/04 “Prospectus and Statements of Reporting Issuers” as approved by the CBA Board Resolution No. 68-N of March 11, 2008;
Based on the foregoing, and
Pursuant to Article 2(3) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”, and Article 14 of the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Securities Market”,

Decided:

1. Register the Supplement to the Program Prospectus for nominal coupon bonds submitted by “Kamurj” Universal Credit Organization CJSC, where the Prospectus was registered pursuant to the CBA Governor Decision No. 1/8A of January 7, 2026.
2. This decision shall take effect upon acknowledgment of its receipt by “Kamurj” UCO CJSC, or on the day following its duly prescribed delivery to an authorized representative of “Kamurj” UCO CJSC.
