On Registration of Change in the Composition of the Management of “Araratbank” Open Joint-Stock Company

In view of Article 18(4)(g1) of the RA Law “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”; and Article 33(2) of the RA Law “On Banks and Banking”; and Paragraph 188 of Regulation 1 “Procedures for Licensing, Registration, Granting Consent and Permission, Appraisal of the Professional Adequacy and Qualification in the Banking” approved by Board Resolution No. 145-N, dated April 12, 2005, of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia; and,
Considering the conclusion issued by the Licensing and Supervision Committee of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia (Minutes No. 46 of September 30, 2026); and the letters of request, dated August 21, 2026 and September 18, 2026, together with the required documents and supporting materials, which “Araratbank” Open Joint-Stock Company submitted to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia,

Decided:

1. Register Armen Aivazyan into the role as Member of the Board of “Araratbank” OJSC.
2. This decision shall take effect upon acknowledgment of its receipt by “Araratbank” OJSC, or on the day following its duly prescribed delivery to an authorized representative of “Araratbank” OJSC.
