BOARD RESOLUTION

October 6, 2026; No. 279 A

On Registration of the Rules of “Global Equity” Nonpublic Interval Contractual Investment Fund, “Nur Origin” Contractual Nonpublic Investment Fund of “Cube Invest” IF CJSC; and Registration of the Change to the Rules of “Shanghai Dragon” Nonpublic Interval Contractual Investment Fund of “Cube Invest” IF CJSC

Pursuant to Article 2(3) and Article 20(ki) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”, and Article 21 and Article 24(4) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On Investment Funds”; and Paragraph 29 of Regulation 10/11 “Registration of Investment Fund (Fund Rules); Terms and Conditions for Granting Preliminary Permission for Selling Foreign Investment Fund Securities in the Republic of Armenia” (CBA Board Resolution No. 117-N, dated May 2, 2011); and
Whereas, on July 22,2026, September 15, 2026, September 25, 2026, and September 28, 2026 “Cube Invest” IF CJSC applied to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia with a request to register the Rules of “Global Equity” Nonpublic Interval Contractual Investment Fund, the Rules of “Nur Origin” Contractual Nonpublic Investment Fund of “Cube Invest” IF CJSC, as well as to register the change to the Rules of “Shanghai Dragon” Nonpublic Interval Contractual Investment Fund (also due to the renaming of the Fund) of “Cube Invest” IF CJSC; and
Considering the conclusion issued by the Licensing and Supervision Committee of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia (Minutes No. 46, dated September 30, 2026),

the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia

Enacts:

1. Register the Rules of “Global Equity” Nonpublic Interval Contractual Investment Fund of “Cube Invest” IF CJSC.
2. Register the Rules of “Nur Origin” Contractual Nonpublic Investment Fund of “Cube Invest” IF CJSC.
3. Register the change to the Rules of “Shanghai Dragon” Nonpublic Interval Contractual Investment Fund (also due to the renaming of the Fund) of “Cube Invest” IF CJSC. The new name of the fund is “Global Macro” Nonpublic Specialized Interval Contractual Investment Fund of “Cube Invest” IF CJSC.
4. This resolution shall take effect upon acknowledgment of its receipt by “Cube Invest” CJSC, or on the day following its duly prescribed delivery to an authorized representative of “Cube Invest” CJSC.
