On Registration of Changes to the Charter of “Granatus Venture Fund I” Closed Joint-Stock Company

Pursuant to Article 2(3) and Article 20(ki) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”, and Article 24(4) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On Investment Funds”; and
Whereas, on September 1, 2026 “Granatus Venture Fund I” CJSC applied to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia with a request to register the changes to the Charter of “Granatus Venture Fund I” CJSC; and
Considering the conclusion issued by the Licensing and Supervision Committee of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia (Minutes No. 43, dated September 9, 2026),
the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia
Enacts:

1. Register the changes to the Charter of “Granatus Venture Fund I” CJSC.
2. This resolution to take effect upon acknowledgment of its receipt by “Granatus Venture Fund I” CJSC, or on the day following its duly prescribed delivery to an authorized representative of “Granatus Venture Fund I” CJSC.
