BOARD RESOLUTION

September 25, 2026; No. 266 A

On Registration of Changes to the Rules of “AC 2” Nonpublic Contractual Interval Specialized Investment Fund of “Alex Capital” Closed Joint-Stock Company

Pursuant to Article 2(3) and Article 20(ki) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”, and Article 24(4) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On Investment Funds”; and
Whereas on August 28, 2026 “Alex Capital” CJSC applied to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia with a request to register the changes to the Rules of the “AC 2” Nonpublic Contractual Interval Specialized Investment Fund of “Alex Capital” CJSC; and
Considering the conclusion issued by the Licensing and Supervision Committee of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia (Minutes No. 44, dated September 16, 2026),

the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia

Enacts:

1. Register the changes to the Rules of the “AC 2” Nonpublic Contractual Interval Specialized Investment Fund of “Alex Capital” CJSC.
2. This resolution to take effect upon acknowledgment of its receipt by “Alex Capital” CJSC, or on the day following its duly prescribed delivery to an authorized representative of “Alex Capital” CJSC.
