On Declaring the Pawnshop Activities License No. PA-Y 341 Issued to “Mega Capital” LLC Null and Void

Pursuant to Article 2(3) and Article 20(jf) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”;
In view of cluase 22 of the Appendix as endorsed by the Republic of Armenia Central Bank Board Resolution (No. 32-N, dated February 3, 2017) on approving the “Procedure for Licensing Pawnshop Activities in the Republic of Armenia”;
Whereas on September 7, 2026 “Mega Capital” Limited Liability Company applied to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia with a request to terminate the Pawnshop Activities License No. PA-Y 341 issued thereto; and
Considering the conclusion of the Licensing and Supervision Committee of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia (Minutes No. 44, dated September 16, 2026),

the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia

Enacts:

1. Declare the Pawnshop Activities License No. PA-Y 341, issued to “Mega Capital” LLC by the Republic of Armenia Central Bank Board Resolution No. 109A of June 28, 2024, null and void.
2. Publish the final part of this resolution on the website of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia through the Public Relations Service of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia in order to protect the interests of, and making this information publicly available for, the clients of “Mega Capital” Limited Liability Company.
3. This resolution to take effect upon acknowledgment of its receipt by “Mega Capital” LLC, or on the day following its duly prescribed delivery to an authorized representative of “Mega Capital” LLC.
